Man I havent seen a Johny Hendricks thread since he got
brutalized by Wonderboy.

Do you still see Bigg Rigg as a potential champion and title challenger?

Or Do you think he is done. I am concerned about him continuing to try
to make 170 lbs

Nope. Gatekeeper threat but not belt holder material. The new rules broke him. It would have to be a shallow division for him to be champ again at 170. Get rid of wonder boy, lawler, and rory and then maybe.

While this is true, I just can't see him adjusting well to the IV ban and Lawler just being a more intelligent fighter. I would be willing to put some money on it Lawler stuffs most of the take downs and gets the better striking if they fight again. I'm not saying he's a can. Still a good fighter, but I have my doubts he will be champ again. He should move up to 185.

Yeah he can. I've seen crazy things where I felt like title contenders were done then they but a rally together and chips fall into place (i.e. Bisping). But he needs to make weight and start being a more pro-active fighter.

He's had some tough losses but Hendricks has the potential to beat anyone at WW on any given night IMO

After he said on Ariel that he would quit fighting if he couldn't figure out his weight, I sensed his mentality breaking. Then he went and lost to Wonderboy. It's like he's almost made peace with losing. Not sure he'll eve be the same tbh.

He was never going to have sustained success. Dude just treats his body like a trash can and you can't keep blowing up and slimming down, then cutting retarded amounts, over and over, especially when you hit your 30s. His body seems to already be falling apart.

Changing his game plan and going back to his original strategy of trying to knock dudes out would help him. He's a good wrestler, but not good enough to put together big win streaks by just holding on to people.
