This is what extreme weight cutting does. Deplete your body and see how your immune system thanks you. Probably has bronchitis or some shit. I had the worst strep throat in the beginning of the year right after a major surgery to my back. Got it in the hospital no doubt. Both nurses were sick. Haven't had strep throat in maybe 14 years. I thought I was going to die. I welcomed death to put me out of my misery. I was sure taking enough drugs that would put down an elephant. Don't know why I went on that tangent. But if he has strep throat. I can feel for him.

Wouldn't Borg claim that though so it doesn't look like another botched weight cut from him? Cutting weight puts you at greater risk for infection, so even if he was on route to making 125 the cut still could've gotten him sick. But who knows though.

No way, the guy that missed weight 2 out of his last 4 fights had complications "coincidentally" during another weight cut?

Glad MM/Dillashaw wasn't booked because he's not reliable enough to fight w/o incentives in case of missed weight.

Except he's made the weight on multiple occasions and the illness was deemed unrelated to the weightcut, but whatever.

They say that, but it likely is related. Just sounds better if they say it isn't so it takes the spotlight off of weight cutting.
