The pad holder, is moving the pads into his gloves which make it seen as he is punching faster and farther


Is like a car @ 100 mph crashes another car going opposite direction @100mph......it would look like a fast ass powerful crash.....

compared to a 100mph car crashing into a wall

So yeah it's an illusion

Why would he throw power punches for this drill? His hands are actually pretty fast if you have seen him fight and with this drill he looks like hes trying to improve his hand speed.

Lineker improving hand speed + KO power + iron chin= a dangerous man for anyone.
