“ I think in terms of opponent difficulty levels, Dustin would be the top of that group. So if one is replacing Dustin, there’s no nice way of saying it, but it’s a slightly easier fight. Dustin is the best of those guys, in my opinion.”

Imo McDon would WAX Chandler. This new version of Justin can be a world of trouble, though.
As for Dustin, I want him to win and I believe that he can surive the early punishment to come back and defeat Conor, but I am afraid of his mental state. Conor managed to get balls DEEP into that brain and feels the first time. ( That wouldn’t happen against a guy like Justin. )

Disagree about Justin, i think Poirier didn't evolve as much as people are saying and will be slept again. Chandler peak probably has passed but i look forward to his UFC run. I honestly think only Khabib beats Conor, maybe Justin if his chin holds up but still...

Chandler actually is easier than poirier imo. his chin is not what it used to be and he loves to swing

I wonder where he gets this belief from?

That’s not mmath lol, it is what my common sense tells me after years of watching fights and taking a look at Mcgregor’s performances with certain opponents. He did wonderful at fw for a reason and dusted Alvarez with ease. I am not the owner of the truth, of course. Nobody is, but personally I wouldn’t bet a dime on Chandler beating Conor. That’s not because A fighter beat B fighter and C beat A therefore C should be able to wax B.

Don't get me wrong, I would favour Conor as well. I just think it's a way more dangerous fight than Dustin.

Agree that between Poirier and Gathje that Poirer is probably the harder match. A technical MMA Striking master like Conor would make Gathje look like a fool. I would bet on Conor knocking him out quicker than Gaethje's leg kicks affecting him. Dustin is a much better striker than Gaethje (Gaethje has more power though) and Conor is better than Dustin. Conor is faster, has better timing, is more precise, and likely has as much power if not more than Gaethje and is a far superior striker.

Chandler is a wild card, lets see how he performs under USADA against UFC level competition. Was he not KO'd not too long ago by a legit FW? and didn't Eddie Alvarez give him the fight of his life? Not to play MMA math but Conor did school Eddie. Plus Conor's grappling defense and willingness to cheat is underrated. Sure Chandler could probably take him down in the beginning, but idk if he can finish Conor. It would probably end up similar to the Mendes fight. Plus Conor has gotten bigger and stronger.

Who knows, maybe you are right. I think that Dustin has what it takes to beat Conor but the way Conor can get in that head is what worries me a lot.

He isn't lying about Chandler. Justin I'm not sure though

sounds about right. Chandler might be less skilled/less diverse attacks compared to Dustin and Justin, but he's shown one-punch KO power. looking forward to his debut though

Gaethje > Poirier > Chandler in terms of how difficult they are for Conor IMO

I give Justin 7 and a half minutes in that fight at best. There is nothing he ever did that would make me believe Conor wouldn't put him out fast. I would agree that Dustin is hardest matchup out of three. Best all around fighter also.

Chandler would bully Conor like Mendes did before he gassed cuz of 2 weeks training camp

One thing with Kavanagh he never gives credit to wrestling. It's always the "basic overhands, Conor is much more advanced". When Conor struggles hard getting up from the bottom.
