Joe claimed he was racist towards a server and called him a broke ass n***a. I don't know if it's true - I wasn't there. But it just makes me feel like if he got KO'd maybe it's for the better, lol.

Anyway, I never criticized him singing, dancing, and drinking so I'm also not criticizing you for your behaviour if that's what you're defending. It's hard to understand what moved you so passionately that you got to insult in your first response. Again, women do this kind of thing and even then it's basic shit.
I said that if he was acting the ass (staring down Joe all night, being polite to him until he realized who it was and then getting aggressive, fake pumping like he wanted to do something) I would LAUGH MY ASS OFF if I witnessed him get ko'd. The issue would be if he directed it to the employee or not, to my mind. There are a lot of lyrics in songs that if you say to the wrong person directed towards them you risk an unhappy response.
I wasn't there but if he was acting that way, and from seeing him start up with Joe it's not hard for me to believe he would have been as much or more of an ass to black employees, then I say I hope he had a good nap and I'm glad I got to see it on film.

Your take on "if that was true the server would have done x and y would have happened" is spoken as if life only has one choice of outcomes to any situation. In my life experience this doesn't hold water. The same occurrence in 10 different settings may have 10 different outcomes. In some universe, the server slaps him and asks if he wants more and possibly loses his job. In another setting the server ko's him and possibly loses his job. In another world, the server calls police and they say if he only mouthed lyrics at you we're not coming out there.
Etc., etc., etc.. There are endless possibilities that I, not being all powerful, cannot predict with certainty "would have happened" and I don't weigh arguments like this as anything but a scene you put together in your head. I've seen guys get ko'd for calling ppl N words and I've seen brothers let it go and say that person's not worth the potential legal troubles or going down to the station, etc., all depending on surroundings and personalities involved.
And MAYBE you're right and Joe is just a pos and justifying himself. Maybe you're wrong and Joe is telling the truth. Hopefully you can understand your putting together that scenario in your mind isn't proof of anything. It's not even enough for me to call you a moron.

That's possible. That's a good recipe for a potential ko. In this particular vid the rest of the ingredients may have been there too.
But I'll say, being a black man who grew up around all races, including white ppl, that the idea that a drunk white guy is too drunk to be racist is not something I can accept. A racist guy who suppresses it normally will actually be MORE at risk of showing it when he's drinking. And getting his ass whooped or ko'd for it.
That said I'm not condemning the guy. I only stated "if Joe's story is true...." and I stand by that. If Joe is lying and this guy is just a random victim of Joe's rage, then that's the case.
I will say that seeing Joe turn to him fairly calmly suggests to me he wasn't turning specifically to hit the guy until the guy acted the ass. That action is consistent with the kind of guy Joe was painting him out to be.
But I wasn't there and am not claiming to know.

Do you think rapping along to a song which contains racist words is being racist though? I don't think it really gives any indication that he's racist if that's what he was doing personally. Ignorant of his surroundings maybe but not racist.

Maybe, if he didn't notice he was rapping that to a black guy, it could have been unaware. If he knew damned well who he was directing it to because he was drunk and feeling himself, that would be racist.
I don't venture to say I know what's in ppl's minds unless they tell me (and even then half the time they're lying) so unless I hear from the victim and/or staff at the bar all I know is I would first suspect full knowledge and drunk assholery BUT I could be totally wrong and he might have been 100% innocent. I can suspect it was racism but I won't project to say it was racism OR that it was drunk innocence. I just don't know.
But if Joe's story is true then it's funny. If not, it's pathetic that Joe would need to get his rocks off in these kinds of ways.

It's a narrow walking pathway in a busy Bar/Restaurant...Only 1 person fits, look at the waiter blocking the whole pathway.....Anyways the Drunk guy walks backwards, slanted, goes from his left to right and he runs into joe schilling.....Look at Joe Schilling's foot positioning, he actually moves his legs out of the way to lessen the impact of the idiot going backwards, he also creates a barrier with arms do the idiot didn't crash against his body.
There was no push at all....Look at the legs of the drunk guy, he moved em...No push at all...Look at the upper body of the guy, it's stopped and he moves out of the way when he feels Joe....Not push at all.
This is something that normally happens in all crowded bars/restaurants.....Almost everybody doesn't get mad/offended when this happens...they understand places are crowded and walking backwards in a pathway isn't the smartest idea(most ppl think this).
This non-incident, was escalated by the bully manlet.....His ego was hurt over a damn nudge lol....He walks backwards in a busy pathway in a bar/restaurant, collides into a guy, and gets mad because of a nudge
He calls out Schilling over a nudge and then tries to do a bully Flinch Flexon em..........
So no Schilling didn't start shit at all, regardless if you think Schilling went overboard, it's clear that Manlet Bully POS has an EGO problem...that he escalated non-incident, a normal everyday occurance...The guy is a POS and I don't feel sorry for him, he looked for it and found it.
