Joe Schilling sucker punching drunk guy

I find the correlation of people defending Joe and their inability to even remotely spell as a sign that I am 100% correct in my assertion that Joe is in the wrong.

Only uneducated morons would think he was in the right, and you guys are just proving it lol

Im educated and im an moron

Sir I want to rewind you back to the original dumb mufucka such as yourself that played the you acting tough card. That ended in me telling that catfish mouth dickface I dont give a fuck if you think Im tough or not boy and I damn sure hate repeating myself to people that confuse real talk with tough. I bet you confuse cooter from pooter to huh boy. Couldn’t wait to join wrestling for all the wrong reasons huh?

Where does the “Alessio Sakara Apocalyptic Fighter” thread rank all time??

d1, you r arguing a scenario that has no relation to this case. Schilling himself said it was a flex. He never said it was or could have been a feint.
Yet trained fighters agree his response was warranted based on the former inmate's aggressive movement. What's your training background to say the former inmate's actions weren't potentially threat of a strike ?

If Joe thought he felt threatened with his life with 5-2, 31 year old Outback Steakhouse bus boy...

Imagine how much shartin Joe would do if Kato flexed on him instead?

well then Joe was the one actually assaulted first when the guy ran into him.

he def postured up as if he was gonna swing.

luckily Joe was able to use self defense and stop all life threatening activity
Congrats on yellow belt in under a month, and mostly from this thread. This is some +1ing I haven't seen since the early 2010's.

Joe Schilling is going to have a hard time claiming this was self defense. His a pro fighter with a height and size advantage over the guy he knocked out an he had clear exit to walk away. There is a good chance he goes to prison for this.

jesus now he assaulted Joe by walking backwards into him? Joe was the one moving fowards and could see the guy, but yeah by all means explain this fucked up logic

its falls in same area of logic that Joe assaulted the guy by moving him off of him.

are you buying that too ?

Only an idiot would consider that the assault, when obviously it is the KO at the end of the video. I don't think anybody has suggested he shoudl be charged for the moving him slightly out of the way.

The funny thing is I'm 100% sure when Joe uploaded the video he was thinking "Yeah, everyone's gonna think I'm a badass" and is very confused that the general consensus seems to be that he's an absolute pussy.
100%

What was the reason given by trained fighters for their support? Please show the link to allow us to see the context ... when we debate, appeals to authority are not helpful because the fighters may be making their decisions based on different reasons than technical reasons. They may also have incorrect legal knowledge so they may think violence is acceptable in circs when they are actually legally not permissible.

I am no pro fighter. But i have trained for a fairly long time and my posts are based on objective facts that can be interacted with by logical argument and reasoning. I have fully set out my reasons in my posts and thr level of my knowledge is self evident from my posts. If u disagree with me pls show me I am mistaken by reasoning based on verifiable knowledge.
