Joe Schilling sucker punching drunk guy

Wow what a fucking psycho. He pushed that guy out of the way like he was trash for no reason. Whether or not the guy said something afterwards is irrelevant. The guy is clearly so drunk he can barely stand, in that scenario you realize the guy is drunk and not thinking properly and you walk away. No need to KO somebody who is that drunk.

Why do people do that move...tell me? The puff chest fake.punch macho move?..

Is to escalate a situation or to defuse it...

Thank you and have a good day

because it’s an insulting gesture. It’s “what’s your problem?”. And the fact is you can it’s not illegal because it doesn’t cross the line of actually assaulting someone. Nor is it alone an imminent threat on someone’s safety. It’s literally “what bro?”. Joe however did cross the line of assault. Due to a hurt ego not scared for his safety. You’re welcome.

Schilling should be real proud of himself ....unless they had a previous altercation

A mans a man...lets not get crazy...hes not a woman cuz he has no training...

This why your told to drink RESPONSIBLY....

And mind what you say to people..cuz theres some guys who know shit out there..

He definitely provoked the situation the dress shirt guy..

Self defense further backed up by the fact one is sober and one is drunk and the fact joe throws no more shots after the ones that drops the guy...classic mark of someone in control and defending...just enough force to end it..

If he was attacking he would of kept going

A manlet with no training against a much larger professional fighter is basically like a manlet vs a women. In fact it would take that guy longer to beat up that girl in the video than what Joe did to him.

That's why in some rulings a judge factors in training as part of a "deadly weapon" factor. Here's the point.....Schilling being a much a human who is much larger and a pro fighter is very risky if it gets in front of a judge. Like I said I am NOT saying Joe is GUILTY or will get in trouble.....I am simply saying it's risky as fuck being a larger professional fighter just like if the role was reversed and chick who flinched at you in an altercation and you clocked her.

Looks like a shit place, dude who get's smacked seems a douche, but that was ridiculously OTT.. Joe should probably do jail time unless there are any factors to this I can't see on the footage.

My orginal post here claimed it looked suspect...

But then after watching several.times its clearly another one of those incoherent drunk guy over steps on the wrong type of guy situation...probably the worst kind of guy in joe....

But it doesnt change the fact the drunk dude was creating the situation

Right, I'm definitely not saying Todd the 5'6 banker is in the "right" here either.

This dude was feeling himself dancing to now boomer level rap music, drunk, trying to impress girls or something. So obviously when someone just lowkey shoves you out of the way from behind you might feel embarrassed or take offense, and try to act big. He did. He chose the wrong person, agreed.

But for Schilling, why is someone filming this in perfect frame seemingly waiting for it to happen? Was this Schilling's friend? If so then lmao he was clearly baiting this guy.

It's still just a bit ridiculous to immediately haymaker hook combo some dude after you kinda pushed them out the way and then walked up into their face. After a head fake from a smaller, clearly weaker man.

I don't think either guy is in the "right" but Schilling is more in the wrong clearly considering he's a pro fighter with tons of experience, bigger, stronger, and basically initiated all of this even if we can construe in a chilidish way that he's technically defending himself and possibly within his rights to do so.

I'm not crying over the normal small guy here, he shouldn't have acted big and talked shit after being rather gently shoved aside. He shouldn't have head faked a bigger guy wearing a fighting shirt...lol. But at the same time it just really seems like Schilling was PLANNING for this to happen and baiting it. That's the egregious part.

.it is ...i agree..he could of chose many different things to do besides that...

But its a pretty clear self defense...whether or not the guy is in shape or not...trained or not...doesnt excuse him from provoking the altercation by the whats up taunt...

It could be used however against joe if the guy has a decent lawyer..but an equally good defense lawyer will say..

Had the man not lunged my client would not have defended himself...as shown by his hands dowm and open posture when he turned around..this only changed after the plaintiff lurched forward in aggressive manor

We cant see his other hand so hard to say ..it could be a fist cuz his arm motion on the other hand looks.like hes winding up a sloppy punch\hook..hes definitely pushing forward
c'mon. it looks NOTHING like winding up a sloppy punch. nothing at all. it looks EXACTLY like someone saying "what".

Yeah im with u...100%..

Joe is a mean dude and the drunk guy absolutely played apart in that happening...

So its like a wash out...would likely get dimsissed in court...

hes a fckin bully boy that saw an opportunity to beat someone up. I’ve seen it many times working the doors. He’s a coward. Had the situation not been so favourable for him, he wouldn’t have done it. Where I live he’d likely be looking a a few years inside for that, especially as he’s a trained fighter that should be able to control himself.
100%. I know this kind of stuff makes it ripe for trolling (which we've already seen), but Joe having no self control is the real issue here. He is about as dangerous as it gets without a weapon. He knows it. This wasn't just some Stockton slap; he gave the bank teller a hard ass bareknuckle combo and walked away like he accomplished something big.
