I haven't commented on this yet but I saw the video like 30 mins ago from someone sending it to me, and now see the thread. It's fucking clear that Schilling was kind of looking for this

You can also sort of equate this in the way you did to the opposite i.e. - Would a child threatening to hit you or a 12 year old or a 14-16 year old 115lb soaking wet kid warrant you CLOCKING them?

The whole thing is sus. Schilling comes off as a douchebag in general and here especially, it seems almost set up.

Joe shouldn't have pushed him to the side like that even though the drunk dude should have watched where he was going as well. The dude should not have flexed indicating that he was either going to hit him or make him flinch. The dude made the threatening gesture and got laid out for it. There was a lot wrong going on there...but some people here are playing pretend on either side a little too much just to win an argument here. Now before anyone gets too butthurt about what I say here I will also say that I am not exactly a complete innocent law abiding citizen here so take it for what it's worth.
