Again, some drunk guy making a “what” gesture to a cop is not going to get restrained by most professional cops and it certainly wouldn’t be justified to physically harm someone and if they did the person harmed would have justified police brutality.

Again the idea that it was physically threatening to joe is ridiculous and it wouldn’t be seen as threatening or criminal to most cops.
