Did the victim press charges? Who and why was he being recorded? Setup?
He was probably being recorded because he was drunk and doing shitty dances and his friends thought it was funny.

He walked past the guy, turned around and walked back, got in his face, then hammered him. It was all him.
Lies. He wasn't clearly doing anything, if it was clear we would of at least seen him push or swing. You need glasses because you obviously can't see shit.
He said "Hey" after being rudely moved out of the way. Stop acting like this guy was a threat to anyone. I know people have their self defense fantasies about killing people in street fights, but you have to defend yourself within reason. You can't just lay out and bounce someone who's smaller than you, drunker than you, and untrained because of shit like this. A fall on the back of his head on the ground that hard could have killed them.Looked like the drunk guy may have said something to him after Schilling moved past him
I agree that just ignoring the drunk guy would have been smarter but once he turned back around the guy clearly tried to bow up on him, why did you leave that part out of your story?
Almost looks fake...
Like why is this guy getting filmed just as schill is walking by....
Its like perfectly framed..you dont even really see the shots land and the way no 1 does anything after the shots is suspect..and schill just happens to walk perfectly into the frame..
But it could be real schillings would hit anyone...this im.sure

What the fuck does bow up to him mean? Did he swing? No. Push him? No. He moved forward. Something the meat head already did.Looked like the drunk guy may have said something to him after Schilling moved past him

Someone running thier mouth at you is different then them actually running at you, dont let someone get the drop on you.Only if you have a two digit iq and nothing to lose.

Combine that with the fact that he had every opportunity in the world to just walk away. What does a world champion kickboxer have to prove by doing this? That he's a fucking thug and is only known outside of the small karate circles for beating up people with no training on video.
That other dude had an even smaller brainAnd a small brain
What he did was not against the law. What Joe did is. Can't even hit him with drunk and disorderly or drunk in public because this is obviously a bar or something. I really don't see your angle here.If youre not a threat then you shouldnt fake it, which the guy clearly tried to do
I have to say this is my view too. What an absolute cock. Aggressively moves the dude out of the way and then hits him with a combo when he hints at retaliation.
Hope he does time for it tbh.
No. You're saying it's "clear" when it's obviously not, we don't see the other guy throw a punch, he ever so slightly twists his body which could mean nothing, either way it is not grounds for self defense and you're delusional if you think there are no grounds to sue for assault. No, you just got an agenda so youre distorting the facts of the video
