I hope some lawyer gets wind of this and finds the guy.

Joe Schillings need to be sent to jail for this disgusting assault, he's probably disgusting human being given he's gloating about this on instagram as well. Probably not the smartest thing to do if taken to court.

I don't really think justice prevails in our lives, but hopefully, this guy gets what's coming to him. Because I think, in my opinion, that's a criminal offense that should carry some jail time.

So, whoever that got just got knocked the fuck out, or if you know someone who knows that guy, please do lawyer up and go after Joe Schilling and/or at least file a report because that's a criminal assault.
 
Best to wait until they actually try to assault you for situations like this. To claim self-defense/mutual combat. A guy like that will not follow the bro code street rules of a man to man mutual combat. He's the type of guy to possibly lawyer up. Everything he was saying is just words, they will focus on the actions. This will be a tough one for Joe. Hard to say you were scared for your life when you are a trained professional fighter and the other guy is unarmed and also physically smaller than you. That works better when there is a size disadvantage or numbers disadvantage or when possible weapons is involved because your life is in danger in those situations. This seems like just a loud mouth racist drunk guy. If the guy was challenging him to a fight and Joe obliged that would be different. There would be mutual consent for combat.

If you want fights with mutual combat you have to fight the Diaz bro types or the Khabib crew type. None of their street fights had any legal issues. Those are the types of people that is fine with mutual combat.

You really think he got some guy to just record something where he planned to break the law. And then post it for the world to see? Where he appears to be the biggest douche, and coward in the world.

I saw the footage -- not a good look for Schilling -- dude seems like a piece of work. He hasn't performed well in MMA and outside the cage, he seems to have a short fuse. Hopefully he figures out his shit and stays out of trouble.

I guess that's a possibility, but why would that little dude friend give the footage to Schilling? And Schilling is an absolute idiot to have posted this... Guy is incriminating himself

He also has to worry about the establishment he was in to press charges too, which they very much most likely will or already have.
 
He had walked past the guy that got flattened without giving him a second look. You can see it when Schilling turns around, the guy had clearly said something Schilling did not like. It looked to me like the other moved first before Schilling hit him.

Might be against the law, but talk shit... get hit.
