They look like Matman.

I have a pair. They are ok. Chin strap sucks, it takes a while and some tape to make sure the edge of the velcor doesn't scrape the crap out of your neck.

I would go for the Matman version over the fumetsu one. This is due to the chin strap being at a better angle on the Matman. Other than that they are exactly the same
