LOL, D'Elia is guilty of what, exactly?

This is the only woman who alleged a crime. There is no settlement. She, the only accuser who filed charges, abandoned those charges out of the blue.

She trumped up charges, she voluntarily withdrew them unilaterally. This anonymous woman was the one who the pitchforkers championed as an example that these women were serious about justice because she would actually pursue criminal charges; you know, the kind you have to prove in a court of law. Not the typical #metoo bullshit where you smear a man's name with spurious public allegations (already some of which have been demonstrated to be fabricated in this case) you don't substantiate often without even revealing one's identity, or alleging any material wrongdoing.

Turns out she was full of shit. It was a bluff.

Jordan Peterson was on this UK podcast recently and he touched on these topics which he called 'toxic femininity'. Basically, he said studies have shown that boys will react to an 'affront' more often than not with violence, whereas girls will react to an affront with 'reputation destruction'. He highlighted how the majority of female bullying in schools revolves around spreading rumours about a girl's promiscuity or lack of, to smear her reputation and get the school gossiping about her.

He said this type of behaviour translates perfectly to the modern obsession with social media, and it's going basically unchecked. Women are allowed to run rampant on social media, throwing accusations at men that can destroy their reputations and lives, with no consequences and often, no evidence.

Don't have a dog in the fight but D'elia's friends /associates who threw him under the bus without due process are straight pieces of shit (Bobby Lee, Theo Von, Whitney Cumstain, etc).

Perhaps that's a bit of karma because Callen did the same to D'Elia. Someone posted that podcast footage of him and Schaub talking about how physically ill they felt having heard everything D'Elia had supposedly done-- how they felt betrayed and all this stupid shit. It was pure theatrical pandering.

Now he knows a bit better what it's like to slip into those shoes. Bryan's comments on the machinations against him really sheds light on the same madness of crowds weaponized against D'Elia:

I mean there were multiple women that accused of him inappropriate behavior. Maybe not a sexual crime, but he was inappropriate with women. I really don’t give a shit about him, but there is definitely evidence that he acted inappropriately towards women. At the end of the day, we don’t have evidence from the girl? Maybe he just pissed off the wrong woman and she ruined his career.
Edit: Reading a bit more about him, apparently he’s never done drugs or alcohol, so that drops that excuse. Seems strange with the woman and jerking off in the car story, when I read that, I assumed he was drunk, if he wasn’t, that’s a tad bit strange?
