All these "influencers" don't even follow their own carnivore diets. They all find a way to make some ludicrous argument for including fruits, "fruits" (like spaghetti squash), and honey. Not to mention whatever supplement brand they have equity in.

Plus shooting up test and hgh.

I've read the literature on paleo. It sounds amazing on paper, but let's all get real.

We need our greens.

Paleo is not very restrictive, it includes fruits, nuts and vegs and does not exclude anything essential.
It's a healthy diet in theory, but not the cheapest or the easiest to manage.

Well, I mean...

I guess I was only talking about the purist extremist paleo literature. Because those guys will tell you vegetables are poison.

So you really lose a lot of body fat doing that diet?
This diet works but one shouldn’t do it long term it’s great to get a head start though if one can do this fir a solid month or 2 .

The best diet is the Anabolic diet by D. Pasquale it’s a very high protein intake for 5 days with limited carbs per day Mon/Fri then on weekends you eat anything you want .

Plant based diet is most of the time a choice made for ethical/environmental reasons rather than for health.
It is generally pretty healthy, B12 vitamin supplementation is the only extra requirement, but that's about it.

Unless there is some extreme food intolerance, if you have to pick one extreme, plant only is far better than meat only.
I just like to mix in a few meals during the week that have plant protein only. I'm big into lentils and chickpeas. It makes me feel lighter with good energy and my skin reacts well. I will take some EAAs before those meals even though these are "complete" proteins. All complete proteins are not created the same.

Unless you're a comepting bodybuilder, I think you're over-optimizing a bit. Not having animal proteins in a couple of meals a week won't make a difference. The importance of protein profile is quite overblown IMO.

You are probably 100% correct.

I’ve heard a lot of people praise the Anabolic diet, Jim steele said it’s the best he’s felt and looked. It also sounds very doable
