Costa fan here & yeah he does come across as kind of a part-time fighter but don’t see how beating Vettori - who’s ranked below Costa & is 1-4 of last 5 - would advance his career more than beating Costa

It basically refers to police brutality, more commonly associated with minorities. Say a cop pulls somebody over, and they cut their body cam off that records their actions.

Costa is very overrated and in my opinion is a winnable fight for Pyfer but he makes a good point. Costa barely fights and is unreliable as hell. Joe is better off trying to fight someone who he knows will make it to the cage.
