Jedrzejczyk (14-2 MMA, 9-2 UFC) cited fight stats that had her outlanding Namajunas (8-3 MMA, 6-2 UFC) as proof she deserved to win the rematch, declaring “numbers don’t lie.” Namajunas won with three 49-46 scores.

“(Namajunas) gassed out from the third round, and I could fight 10 more rounds. At the end of every break, I was on my feet, ready to go.

The significant strikes are telling the truth,” she later added.

“You can see the other female strawweights fighting, and c’mon. They cannot compare themselves to me. They are all are only jealous and talking too much all the time. I’m telling them, bow down. I’m the queen.”

Her success helped shape the 115 division. She put her stamp on it, and knowing who the top dog is has a way of helping fans get a grip on a new division.

But she isn't the queen anymore, that much is clear. She loved being the champ, and was a good champ, but she isn't the champ and isn't particularly close to another title shot against Namajunas

She either needs to get hungry and grind out another title run or move up to 125. Basking in past glory isn't going to help her with either.

"Numbers don't lie". Ok, Joanna. So getting punched one time by Woodley is less than getting punched twice by me.

In rounds 1 2 and 5 (209 motherfucker) Rose was outlanded by 5 or less strikes according to the stats. But her punches were much cleaner, much more telling, did much more damage. I liked Joanna but she's been really annoying since the first Rose fight. I guess she always acted like this it is just a lot less likable when you're actually losing and in denial.
