i remember reading that a while back. lotta good stuff in it
 
got inspired by the jacare walking to the gym. we have a lot of nice trails from my house to the gym and if its nice out, why not?
 
"flesh jumping" or leap frogs with the crawl through the legs . . .

that's such a killer warmup, it still consistently exhausts me.
 
very nice, good to get different perspectives from some of the arts best representatives
