It literally and originally means "vagina", just like polish picza and Proto-Slavic piča in general. That's what I meant.

All languages obviously use words in metaphorical manner, and those metaphores often end up really weird, and Czech is no different.

In Polish "nakurwić się" means "get completely, gruesomely drunk/wasted" and of course it's hard to see any connection with original meaning of the world "kurwa".
