i dont know man.....it seems to me jiri all falls for that traditional stuff and embracing spirituality and other (martial arts) cultures and being very cool with it as a slavic white dude.
instead of being pragmatic......trying to fix some of his weaker points. maybe if he would have that mindset he would step into an mma gym with high lvl training partners and coaches.

with this kinda shit and the 3 days fasting in a shed, he comes across as a lil kid who saw kickboxing and karate kid.

To be fair I can see why people avoid MMA gyms. The risk of injury especially at a higher weight is something to consider. Pro fighters have the benefit of training whatever they like though even in an MMA gym, so it's probably a bit more controlled

This guy is at T-Ferg level of absurdity. The more he loses the less he train MMA.
if u consider loses to be more braindamage everything makes sense

Dude has only lost 3 times that I know of, wtf are you doing with your so called pragmatism?

You champ yet?

There’s benefits to this type of training. But I just don’t think that’s what Jiri needs right now. He needs better fundamentals and defense more than anything.
