Have you noticed that I only started engaging with you after you become a mod?

I had you on ignore for years but Sherdog doesn't let you ignore mods, and you post so much ignorant rubbish it's difficult to avoid calling you out.

Over the past few weeks I've asked you several simple, straightforward questions where the truth is obvious but you haven't had the integrity or intellectual horsepower to answer.

You must know on some level that all this moral outrage about liberal violence and rhetoric is bullshit, and that Trump is using it to smash the opposition. And you're not only fine with it, you're loving it.
Dear diary...

DEI hire

Conservatives: "WAH WAH this board sucks. I can't be racist or hateful without being carded. This place is a joke."

Mods: "Ah fuck it made that one lunatic a mod then they'll feel this place is less bias."

Of course he does. They all do. Gaslighting is a major part of the satisfaction.

Thank you. Schumer is an awful person. Nobody said Kimmel doesn't have free speech. He always has and he always will. But, as the left told us for years, freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences.

They weren't going to pull their license. That's absurd.
From the article.

The ABC late-night host’s remarks constituted “the sickest conduct possible,” FCC chair Brendan Carr told right-wing podcaster Benny Johnson on Wednesday. Carr suggested his FCC could move to revoke ABC affiliate licenses as a way to force Disney to punish Kimmel.

Carr is the fcc chair appointed by trump.

Exactly, no one is saying he should be prosecuted.

However, in civil court, I think Charlie Kirk’s wife should sue him for 5 billion dollars like Alex jones. Or at least a billion like Mike Lindell.

Turning Point should also sue him. Along with the RAV outlet that hosted his podcast

Or Rudy for 80 million.

Let’s see all these activist judges and media pundits stand by their persecutions of the last 5-10 years.
Sue for what? Clearly none of you people watch what Jimmy Kimmel said, he didn't say anything bad at all lol I just looked up the video and there was nothing. No praising Charlie's death, no saying he deserved to die, nothing. So what in your mind, does he deserve to be punished for? Not honoring Charlie Kirk? Are you one of those people outraged by random NFL teams not honoring your God King Charlie Kirk? 😂

No one gets to dictate who morns who or how they mourn. That's fucking insanity. Like I just posted, it's all fake moral outrage. When your party and people say horrible things, none of you are calling that out as hate or bullshit. You're all hypocrites whose opinion means literally nothing, if this is how you view reality.

Rosanne was fired for being racist, trying to compare the two is laughably fucking stupid lol

I mean you call yourself "proud MAGAnadian". You're gone dude. I thought you lost a bet but you actually think that's cool. Don't ever call anyone a cuck or soy boy again. You fantasize about being invaded.
Don't let this hoser get you down, eh? @HereticBD

That's no excuse. You could exercise self control.

I agree. Kimmel trying to spread the same type of divisiveness that let to Kirk's murder is way worse. I'm glad you're coming around.

A few thousand people? Come on dude. Look at how the average Canadian feels about America now. It's not good.

Only a third of Canadians view America postively. Far less actually want to be invaded by a foreign power.

I don't think this needs to be explained.

Remember when the left was upset when people wanted to boycott Disney for wanting gay prom books in schools?

I accept your terms of burning these things to the ground and letting free market of ideas and content rebuild. The left doesn’t know what they are doing

That’s some nice free speech you got there, shame if something happened to it.

<shadface>
Free speech has consequences. In other words, you are free to say what you want, but don't expect to not get in trouble for saying it. You really are a clown. lol

It’s not.

Per their website;

The Federal Communications Commission regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories. An independent U.S. government agency overseen by Congress, the commission is the United States' primary authority for communications law, regulation and technological innovation. In its work facing economic opportunities and challenges associated with rapidly evolving advances in global communications, the agency capitalizes on its competencies in:

  • Promoting competition, innovation and investment in broadband services and facilities
  • Supporting the nation's economy by ensuring an appropriate competitive framework for the unfolding of the communications revolution
  • Encouraging the highest and best use of spectrum domestically and internationally
  • Revising media regulations so that new technologies flourish alongside diversity and localism
  • Providing leadership in strengthening the defense of the nation's communications infrastructure
They have to reinforce these rules:

Where in kimmels monologue did he break one of those rules? And to such a degree they’d forgo fines and instead jump right to pulling a license to broadcast?
The wording is rather vague, but it does say they investigate incidents and situations in which there is improper conduct or misconduct. It seems the matter actually went to the supreme court in the 1978 case of FCC vs Pacifica Foundation where the court upheld the FCC's ability to regulate indecent content. The content in question seems to have been a long George Carlin monologue with shock value rude jokes. With this in mind, do you consider it indecent to obfuscate the fact that a deranged far left progressive killed a man a week ago for ideological reason and rather suggest it was a member of the victims political affiliation? Even the staunch lefties in here seem to agree it wouldn't be an issue if a boss fired their employee for making that statement, I hardly imagine many will contest its indecency.

Also while they might loosely talk about enacting discipline, what they would actually have to do is have an investigation into the matter and only implement disciplinary measures if the majority of a commission found it needful to do so. So is this the second coming of Hitler, or just some FCC agent who talked a big game who potentially did not have the ability to actually enact much?

He was one of their own, it's not a lie. He was raised by a conservative Mormon MAGA family and culture and only recently did his political views diverge from his family.

Conservatives raised him, not liberals or leftists.
Yea, it doesn't matter what the killer's views were when he assassinated someone. We need to focus on the parents and grandparents. Good idea
