Your reading comprehension is either utterly broken or you are being intellectually dishonest.

That is not saying he was MAGA, he is implying MAGA people are opportunistically using the fact he was NOT MAGA (dating a trans person, a leftist etc) as ammunition to weaponize Kirk's murder. Thus: "characterizing this kid as anything other than one of them."

Kimmel said what he said. He's not in prison. He's free to go do what he wants. Disney decided he's not worth the controversy.

No, he was not. And nobody implied he was, let alone said it.

He was "anything but one of them" as characterized by the MAGA crew, according to Kimmel.

That's what Kimmel said, literally.

Please explain to me how that implies that he is saying Robinson was MAGA.

It's obvious he is saying that MAGA has been opportunistically characterizing Robinson as being not-MAGA (namely, a left, woke, trans loving radical...) as ammunition for "scoring points" against the left.
