Honestly I'm the BIGGEST PED skeptic and generally assume most use... BUT Sage has been jacked for nearly his entire life. His training and nutrition have been cult like in its consistency. He is also only 175-180 lbs in most of his photos at 6'0 tall. That is somewhat obtainable and in his case I think he may actually be natural.
