Damn I forgot he was dealing with this.

That's pretty fucked. Any drug user would never wish that on their supplier in the event of their death

Also, chick was actually pretty damn cute from the pics I saw. For some reason I didn't picture Jim bagging great looking gals.


This case is odd. He's being sued by some dude claiming to be her husband even tho dude never lived with her and Carey actually was living with her up until she died?

Actually Jim is a dog and has been bagging top shelf chicks since his in living color days. I was surprised too.

Why stop there? Let's sue Jack Daniels for making the bourbon that the driver was drinking. And let's sue the farmer who grew the wheat used to make the bourbon. That is how you make bourbon, right? You get the point.

I really hate it. Its kind of like how some places a bar can face litigation for a death or accident.
 
Civil or criminal? A person is responsible for their own actions. Can't make everything idiot-proof. It's in lawyers' best interest for everyone to be able to sue for everything no matter what. Limitless lawyer fees!!!!!!!!!
 
Unfortunate situation all around.
But seriously, I fear for Jim Careys mental health. His anti-vaccine spiel sounds like the ramblings of a mad man.
