Just watched highlights of the Volkan fight. He's an interesting prospect for sure, and a clean KO of Volkan is a great win. He is very wild and sloppy though, and that might cost him soon here. Either way, nice to have another entertaining fighter at LHW, a division that desperately needs it!

At least someone mentions him in a thread about Jones leaving LHW. Glover is my dark horse now. I can see him beating anyone in the top 10 over 5 rounds. Not sure if that can be said for the rest of the field including Jiri. Not to take anything away from Jiri who is the only man to finish Volkan, very impressive indeed.

Agreed he got very sloppy, but there aren't many folks at LHW that pack as much or more power than Özdemir. I'm more worried for his ability to handle such blows in the longer run.

I was kind of unaware of JP before the Volkan fight but I've heard a few people call him a bum even tho he dosen't have many losses

Oh come on... Jiri said multiple times that his performance was horrible,he went into match with only one goal..... shot his opponent head off and make big show and literally didnt care about defense , than between rounds his coach gave him little talk and what happened? Oezdemir wasnt able to hit Prochazka single time....

Prochazka will show much better performance next time ..... mainly after proper camp without corona restrictions
