It's not necessary. NBA has no height requirement, there're people under 6' in the NBA - those who are actually good enough, whose skill can make up for their lack of height.

Most of the BW and FLWs are not talents compared to LW fighters, because their skill do not make up for their lack of size.

Very bad example. Basketball is designed for tall people. Fighting is designed for anybody who can make weight. Only small portion of the human population across the world can play in the NBA. The talent pool is super shallow.

If you are 5'7" and you make it to be a decent player in the NBA, you are probably way more naturally talented than the average 7' NBA player.
