how can she prove it is? Laws are different from one country to an other but still, you have to prove Something happened to back your shit.Because it has to be untrue for it to be slander.

Thats exactly what I would do. I'd shure as fuck stand my ground. That's true, but I know if I was a public figure and this happened to me and I knew I didn't do it, the first thing I'd do would be release a statement denying it and saying I'm going to sue the shit out for her and donate the money to a women's charity.
The fact these guys don't do that makes me wonder.
The problem with the current culture is even if the man is completely innocent he will be shamed and criticized for "victim shaming" or "marginalizing her". Look at the situation with the comedian Aziz Anzari or however you spell it. The girl went on a date with him, said she didn't want to have sex with him when he tried but then says she felt forced to give him a beej and that it was a mee too moment. The guy comes back to say he thought it was a mutually agreed consensual thing and people jumped all over him for "marginalizing" her claim. There was no illegal act, there was no report of it except on some no name site after he wore a "times up" pin at an awards show but he and anyone that defended him were made to look like they were serial rapists.Thats exactly what I would do. I'd shure as fuck stand my ground.

Oliver Stone has taken up the social justice cause for so long that he is dug in too deep to just defend himself. His peers will tear him apart and those that he's gone against for the past few decades will go after him with the same vigor they did against Al Franken.
