According to you, how many 'elite' years does he realistically still have left to rebuild his legacy,
knowing that he hasnt suffered that much damage (Vitor Gracie / Gus) and that his camp/coaches are pretty 'conservative'?

He will end up at HW so he has plenty of good years

He'll be back at 35 I guess. Still has 3-4 years to beat some LHWs or HWs if he's good enough.

If he is allowed to fight, anywhere between 5 and 10 years. Probably closer to 10 if i had to guess more specifically.

He has loads of time to get suspended again. I can see another fuck up. Maybe 2 if he's focussed.

I have this feeling he'll want to go down as the only UFC champ in history, with a history of successful defenses, who never legitimately lost a fight in the Octagon at any point in his career because he was just too badass. Right now, he has that image. If he was to try and get a title run at HW, even knowing how inherently weak the division is, without his size, reach and power advantage, and with USADA taking away his PEDs, there's no guarantee of that of any kind.

No reason for him to move up to HW unless he wants to. I see him coming back at 32-34 and fighting 3-4 x per year for 4 years and as he runs through all the scrubs at LHW repeatedly, he’ll be lauded as the goat and restore his reputation.

Fixed it for you.

If you ignore the official decision and go by who was doing more damage and consider the Hamill fight a win, then you have to do the same thing and consider the Gus fight a loss. Either way, he’s lost.

I hope Jon Jones comes back and goes to Heavyweight. I dont see anything for him at LHW. Maybe a Gus rematch. A lot of options at HW though.

I remember when he was 19 and making Shogun tap.

Fixed it for you.
Somehow I doubt a loss from DQ which happened as he was elbowing the other guy to pieces while in full mount is gonna count for a guy like him. And a DQ from cheating is still gonna not gonna count the same as a highlight reel finish or decisive UD loss for a guy like him.
