Again, bellator has a couple guys at the top that are top fighters. They are well below the ufc overall as a division. Like not very close.

Why don’t you use this same logic when shilling Bader, Davis and Rumble? They’re literally all the same age as Jan pushing 40. Yet are looking more terrible even (minus Davis).

Corey and Nemkov are the only top youth. They probably aren’t enough to > Jiri, Reyes, Rakic, Ankalaev and many other UFC fighters aged 28-34.

Bellator don’t even have decent gatekeepers like Smith, Volkan and Krylov. They have Melvin Manhoef and Machida.

Basically the four best Bellator fighters behind Nemkov are UFC gatekeepers and three of them are Jans age. They don’t have emerging talents. It’s just Nemkov and Anderson. If Anderson beats Nemkov your house crumbles here. He’s just as weak of a company champion as Bader. Guys with iffy chins who have super low win percentages in the UFC top 10 holding Bellator titles doesn’t help your argument ever.

I think once Jiri gets the belt things will be more concise. Glover also deserves more respect, he’s a very good fighter historically.

Jiri has questionable TDD just like Jan did. UFC has an artificially striker heavy division cause most of the best grapplers all went to Bellator in free agency. Ankalaev is IMO a better fighter than Jiri.

bader was top 5 in ufc before leaving and would only lose to top guys. on the other hand jan and glover at that time were reduced to gatekeeper/journeyman status. glover lost to all the guys now in bellator, while jan was losing to pat cummins.
