Well, you appear to agree that many of these people are feeling / acting out of ignorance, I guess I'm just a bit more skeptical for some people as to their motivations, much more so for the people who go completely overboard in their reaction. It's this subset of people who go nuts with the reaction that I have most issue with. I don't really think it's reaching that much to notice this ridiculous, overboard reaction (calls to violence, etc.) and take issue with it. We don't have to agree on this point, yes.

Here to post my support for the actual common sense posted by Stump and others. Its wild to see the levels of immaturity people will go through to defend something so clearly immoral.
You can be healthy at all stages of life on a vegan diet, and many people can maintain such a diet if they tried. A vegan diet leads to substantially less suffering (not zero), and improves our climate crisis.

You're a public figure watched and adored by millions on a top 1% salary doing what you grew up doing and still love. When you show you like animal abuse and are doing it while laughing on camera. Sponsors are right to release you. Because that job requires you to act like a public figure at times and not like guttertrash.

Owners with their pets/animals yes. Certain animals need to be disciplined though depending on the type and breed. If you watch how animals do it in nature you'll understand the way animals are wired. There is a difference between discipline training and this though. Jan is in the right here just like Jones was calling out the guy body slamming a dog and calling himself a trainer.

Not all animals are innocent though, in nature animals will kill humans and kill other animals. That's the real nature that nature loving people seem to forget though. Usually when I see nature stuff about animals people forget that aspect. Not directing it at you, just commenting about what I notice in other social media posts.
