I would also liketo point that Jiri received the type of favoritism that Poatan did. Favorable matchmaking and shortened path to the belt. He fought the title in his 3 UFC fight.

Whereas Hill fought his way up the rankings from Contender knocking out legit competion along the way.

I don't think Jiri's "take 10 to give 1" strategy will work out well against Hill. Hill has KO power and good accuracy.

That's not how it works. Jiri was the lineal champ and Jamahal the fake paper champ. Jamahal beating Glover more impressively (which is debatable considering he never finished Glover while Jiri was the 1st to submit him Jamahal def took less damage and was more thorough) doesn't change that fact.

He was the fake champ and nothing about how this fight ends changes that. If you want to argue Jamahal was better then and is better now that is def an argument perfectly fine but his champ status for beating someone who wasn't the champ and hadn't fought in 8 months? It was fake and he was never the lineal champ.
