Jake Gyllenhaal has UFC weigh-in and Face Off... and slaps opponent!

Interesting: so did they use the actual UFC 285 weigh in to film a movie weigh in?
That would appear pretty smart and cost effective.

Though I see there's Anik and not Joe, and the background is different and has written UFC 222 on it.
So you what's going on? Does anyone know any details?
I have no definitive knowledge but iirc Jake Gyllenhall's character is supposed to be a former fighter who is now a bouncer (Patrick Swazye's Character) for the Roadhouse remake. This will be to show his past I assume.

He is also probably a pioneer in Power Slap.

Jake Gyllenhall is usually not a bad actor, but here his performance seems too forced. The slap attempt was already mediocre and the quick interview with Anik was pretty bad.

This is just moments after the weigh ins. They switch the background quickly.

I guess you're fishing for likes, but that doesn't tell me how they do this sequence one time only without the need to shoot a few more times

Yes, I'm "fishing for likes", not simply making a silly/funny comment...

He answered you in a funny way, don’t get bent over it.
Well if they fucked it up, they’re gonna either edit it, shoot another one, ufc 286 is in like 2 weeks, or cut it out.

Ah Jay Hieron. I remember his fight against Ellenberger

Even Hollywood knows Rogan sucks. They didn’t want that clown in their movie.

Jake kinda botched his Anik interview, those 2 "shit"s in quick succession sounded like he forgot the actual line but had to keep going due to the live audience.
I wonder if they're gonna do some trickery in the actual movie to change it, or just keep it like that.
