I watched all Cage Warriors and stuff from over there I could get and whatever for years as they happened,so for me it's cool to see him come into his own in the big show,and that comeback over Leites is still bananas.Dudes on fire,still young,improves every fight,but mostly he's got that fighters mentality that can get people farther than they should.

For me though,he has little basic skills apart from toughness and tenacity..his boxing is shit,his subs are actually pretty nasty while archaic,his wrestling is bleh,his positional grappling is his weakest at best when it comes to the highest level.Some of his reversal's I have just laughed at,sometimes his fights are like 4th graders on the playground reversing eachother over and over.The guy basically thrives at being super tough and I don't see a high ceiling for him.I hope he continues to improve (like he is),but let's be realistic,he's not the type of fighter that you bet on,he's the type of fighter you throw money on cause he's just dangerous....but it's mma and i'm always wrong,just like you,it's why it's fun,but imo he won't get far.But i'm down with hoping,cause it's always a pleasure to watch him compete and he's a super likeable guy.

People don't need to be champions for me to be a big fan,most Sherdoggers don't seem to get this concept.

He actually subbed Branch, which in this case it's all the more impressive than a KO cause Branch is a JJ black belt and was completely fresh.

Is it confirmed that Romero is out of that bout? If so I think Hermansson would be a cool replacement but maybe he is still ranked a bit too low to fight Jacare.

What do you mean? He just soundly beat the #11 ranked guy, of course he was gonna be ranked.
