They made him break within a few hours, if under an hour.
Wasn't even smart enough to demand a lawyer.

At this point its not about a trial, it's about his sentence.... And it wouldn't be surprising if the Washington DC judge would give him the lightest possible sentence, or just a few notches above it.

Some right-wingers will say he deserves 20+ years, but given the fact no one was harmed a more realistic number would be 10 years.

If the judge is an activist he'll get 6 years or below.

Federal prison doesn't have 'Good Behavior' or parole, so he'll actually serve the full sentence.

Even with the action taking place on the 5th, it was related to events that occurred at the Capitol on the 6th so it does seem like it would apply.
