Someone who decides to build a pipe bomb doesn't just do it the day they decide to plant one. I guess they could, but I doubt it.

I don't think it's a big leap in logic to assume that somebody who builds a pipe bomb is gonna is gonna be playing with explosives before they have a reason to use it.

Trump has also been screaming shit is rigged since at least 2012. He even claimed he won two of the primary states that Ted Cruze won in 2016 lmao.
