It's to try to dissuade idiots from trying this kind of stuff. Adesanya could have wrecked his ass into the pavement easily but there are more negative affects for Adesanya than this tool. Some of these people probably even want to be hit so they can make their "I got PUNCHED by ISRAEL ADESANYA!!!!" video on top of getting to sue a famous figure.
