Did they approach CA as a client? If so kind of hard to take anything they say seriously in a sales pitch situation. If you heard the shit my boss makes up to make a sale it's ridiculous. Will be interesting to hear either way.

Well that's how conversations work. They often start out on one topic and then sort of meander through a few different topics. There are loads of off topic posts in this thread that you haven't singled out for censorship because you agree with the central message of the posts. You're only coming after mine because you don't like what I'm saying.

I don't think it will matter at this stage, everyone on the left already knows about this stuff in general terms,and trumpets will dismiss it anyway. As has been mentioned ITT both sides are entrenched now,.whichever party successfully manipulates voters will claim a.clean election, the losers will scream at the unfairness of it all. I don't see a way politics goes back to anything approaching normal, as sneaky as that was.

Mueller is getting fired. If you're Trump and you know he's got the goods then you have nothing to lose. Both potential scenarios end in impeachment so why not choose the one where you abuse your power to protect your family? Fire everyone, make all the details of why he's leveraged by Russia go away, and get booted out of Washington in disgrace but with your secrets. That's a far more favorable outcome for him personally than allowing the investigation to conclude with indictments of he and his closest family.

That would actually be a 4D chess move.

You'd have to assume Trumps lawyers hear the bad news a couple of days before the media gets a hold of things. So if Trump does fire Mueller he must have something heavy coming down the pipeline.
