I disagree, Bisping has simply been built up by the UFC in the "safest" way possible to ensure they have/had a poster boy for the UK.

He's a good fighter, he's just not THAT dam good.

Don't know about him choking. I just don't think Bisping is elite enough to seriously contend for a title.
