It's National Cheese Day, whats your favorite cheese snack, lunch or meal?

UK mature cheddar, English, Welsh, Scottish, doesn't matter...

Brie next, then Stilton, then smoked...

You might like the pont l'eveque then, I think it means bishops bridge and it has a powerful aroma! It looks the same, I wonder if they used they're related!

They may well be, Stinking Bishop is very much a French style of cheese, I’ll keep an eye out for some Pont L’Eveque, always like to have a new cheese to try!

You can pick anything that is made of Cheese. Mines is Pizza. I also like something called Pupusas which is like a tortilla with cheese in the middle and sometimes it has pork in it too.

I just eat blocks of feta

Edit: buratta is THE shit

cheese is dangerous stuff

This takes place just down the road from where I live, I’ve never taken part but I’ve stood at the top of the hill where they start, feels a lot like standing at the top of a cliff face. I’m told it’s perfectly safe as long as you’ve drink enough cider beforehand...

Well thanks to this sherdog thread. I went to the store and spent over 25$ just in cheese.

I got these 2 and some of those little cheeses with the wax on the outside for the kids
and some white queso cheese for the wife.

String cheese
Sharp cheddar on anything
Blue cheese on a steak
Goat cheese with crackers
Pepper jack on a sandwich/burger

God damn cheese is delicious

We add it to our tex-mex food, chilli, pizza, queso con chilli, sandwiches, azn po boys, etc
Its really the mecca state of cheese authentic varieties...
but what's the spices y'all use down there? I've had a cheese awakening...

Well my wife makes it from scratch, but she does have to buy the pasta from a box. She’s not a pasta maker.
You need to trade that domestic model in for an Italian one. Preferably a 1947 vintage with a hint of a mustache and soup nazi like control of her kitchen. Then your pasta life will be as elevated as your sex life will be depressed. Great pasta demands great sacrifice!

As for cheese? It's all good and I can't pick just one. Well, all good with the exception of edible oil byproducts, aka slices, and that maggot cheese. I'll pass on those two, thanks.
