"It'll be Mcgregor's last fight also" - Floyd Mayweather

For a RB (Barry's position) they always drastically drop off early 30s. There has never really been an elite RB that is older then 32

Ok so the normal routine from most athletes in a wide area of sports.

This discussion has made me go to youtube and watch Barry Sanders highlights. I really miss that freaking guy. He was one of a kind. But I am done hijacking this thread and turning it into a Barry Sanders thread. Cheers.

By far the most exciting playing in NFL history and maybe in sports (well to me)

Not really. The drop is MUCH more drastic then almost any other position in sports. You can be the best RB in the NFL at 29 but there is no chance you are even top 10 at 31. Its crazy how fast RBs drop off after 30. Its just way to physical of a position. RBs take a beating. The average RB only lasts 2.5 years

After making 100 million in one night, its gonna be hard to go back to making 10 million.

ARE you his manager?? Good job on getting him that $. Do you suck his peepee too?

I'm thinking Money's gonna seriously embarrass Conor and Fuck him so bad mentally so he can't fight anymore in the future. What are your thoughts on Floyd sayin that?

Conor is still very mentally strong, he will recover and destroy when he returns to MMA.

From what I've seen from many sports.

20-25 psychical prime

26-30 you still have high levels of physicality but now you got tons of pro level experience perfect blend this is when the best work is done and biggest achievements are made

31-35 your body takes way longer to recover, your psychical stats are down and only going lower with each year but damn you know your trade and you take full advantage of the extra experience

36-40 you are surviving with the elites but it's just experience, skill holding you at the high levels your physicality can't compete with the younger guys, cardio, speed, strength etc everything is affected and you notice a young 22 y/o just doing stuff way easier then you, you instead need to be smart, need to pace yourself be way more sharp with the IQ

41+ you have no business in any elite sport, especially team games.. fighters push the boundaries cause it's team you, team of only 1 man.

Of course we can have some exception some truly psychical freaks and modern medicine does push on the boundaries but for the large majority this are the key numbers.

Depends for sport for specifics others are more ruthless and the the cut off age even lower, then depends on the athlete and his lifestyle if he trashes his body 24/7 don't expect him to age well, if he isn't fit the same etc etc.

Nah Conman will quit before he gets hurt too bad like he quit with Nathan going to the ground after he got clipped up to avoid KO.

Nah I think he just means Conor will go back to ufc and won’t try boxing again.

All of the nut huggers will get a huge wake up call after Conor gets a ridiculous hiding off Mayweather. "Not a real fight" you wont be saying that after McG gets flattened out.

Floyd will embarrass Conor and Conor won't box again

I don't know him, not from USA also you can find an example for anything nut reality is 99.9% it goes the way I said earlier.

Prince Naseem Hamed got his first loss against Barrera when he was in his prime, only had one more fight after that.

But I don't see McGregor quitting after this one, even if he loses in the worst way.
