I had Izzy 3-1 up too but it was fine margins, minus the sucker punch maybe AP gets round 1. And minus a botched TD maybe he gets round 3 and doesn't have to conserve as much energy in round 4. On the feet, AP holds a clear advantage. He can win rounds against Izzy and he can put him out early or late. The experience advantage Izzy possessed in UFC has also diminished now, a 5 round championship fight is charted territory for AP now.I had Izzy up 3-1 but he wasn't dominating, I agree.
I already answered you. Three times in MMA.
LOL. Beating a guy three times under two different rule sets won’t seal the deal for you. Beating a guy in his own sport where he’s the champion and the rules favor him isn’t enough to convince you.I already answered you. Three times in MMA.
Yeah, I see what you mean. God bless the ignore function.Don't even bother with this Starman guy.
He used to post in the War Room and was thoroughly destroyed in there and never came back after he embarrassed himself on several occasions where he took the most ridiculous factually wrong positions and just would not give up insisting that he was always right and never wrong. He's now known as a laughing stock and a meme. I don't think he's ever been back since 2020 when he insisted that Trump won the election and it was literally stolen from him due to widespread voter fraud.
You didn't say anything that was unreasonable at all. He's just arguing with you because he's a total doofus.
I always found that brutally losing was making the winning of the previous rounds a bit underwhelming for some reason. Marty looked ecstatic though (like if he was seeing god or something) so maybe it's just me.He was winning till he lost? Got it. Great argument.
I think he was just being cheeky, if he really had cancer he wouldn’t have said that imo.Especially since he implied he has cancer
He was winning till he lost? Got it. Great argument.
That's a really insensitive thing to say if you don't actually have cancer or something serious IMO. And letting us doubt about it for sympathy or pity, if that's the case, is just fucking wrong.I think he was just being cheeky, if he really had cancer he wouldn’t have said that imo.
Well I don’t think it’s a smart thing to say, but he was just concussed an hr before that so I’d cut him some slack. That's a really insensitive thing to say if you don't actually have cancer or something serious IMO. And letting us doubt about it for sympathy or pity, if that's the case, is just fucking wrong.
I don't want to extrapolate too much about it though, it may just have been a clumsy way to say he had an actual health problem, related to his chest, but not necessary life threatening or actually a cancer.
I also try to not be MOTI for no reason, but cancer and death has been a sensible subject on sherdog lately.
Lmao. You people are getting out of control when you're making this man defend Izzy. Reading some these reactions make it seem like we were watching different fights. He's lost to him once in MMA. And Alex was almost stopped in the process.
If you think Izzy has zero chance in the rematch, cool. Absurd and retarded, but cool.
You're making me defend Izzy and I don't like it.
he lost again...the fans were right.really makes you respect whittaker who repeatedly lost to izzy yet kept coming back -- even when his fans said he had zero chance. and put on a respectable performance (some even arguing he won)
Fair point.Well I don’t think it’s a smart thing to say, but he was just concussed an hr before that so I’d cut him some slack.
