Now that Islam-Volk 2 is over, we can finally do Islam-Charles 2 and get that out of the way for more contenders, like Islam-Arman 2 after Arman beats Beneil. By the time that's done, maybe the winner of Hooker-Green can angle a title eliminator and get their rematch against Islam for the title

Shame to hear about Volk-Top needing to be pushed, but as long as Volk is good to go
 
Hopefully Islam makes quick work of Charles again and he fights Justin soon after.

Would be fun to see him go on a 3-5 fight run of LW defenses.
Would suck to potentially hold up LW and WW as he's not the biggest guy.

Islam did seem to have Oliveira's number, though.
I wouldn't mind seeing Charles move away from that upright, chin up, hands down, way too relaxed, straight in and out approach.
That might be too much, though.

People just remember the KD off the retarded flying knee. It was competitive before that, and then of course once he was hurt it shifted to Islam hard.

Same thing happened with the Weidman/Rockhold spinning backkick. One retarded move that backfires into a domination and everybody just remembers the entire fight like that.
 
Islam wanted to fight 3 times this year but UFC held him for Abu Dhabi, he wants to fight 3 times 2024.

Hope its true, i still got blue balls from Islam wanting to replace RDA opponent on short notice.

Smart for Islam to get another fight in before Ramadan. Love seeing champions take advantage of their prime by being active. Rooting for Charles but all due respect to Islam
