Not surprising to me, Islam felt like the only real undisputed champion out of the whole roster where you would have him as a favorite against anyone in the top 15. Leon always seemed beatable to me and even Belal I wouldn't have as a favorite over Shavkat. Too many divisions have champions that I would have underdogs against others ranked lower.
