That's a bit of revisionism. Tony never seemed unstoppable. He was just tough as hell and was able to wear people down before they wore him down. He often took a beating before he either gassed his opponent out or broke them mentally. He was the exact style that you knew once it went bad and his endurance fell off, it was going to go south fast for him.

He was struggling against washed Cerrone and washed Pettis before Gaethje almost made a snuff film out of a UFC event.

Cowboy is the next Tony. He wants to come back from retirement and but he will not look like his best years. Too much mileage and he will have eight losses compared to Tony's seven.

Lets give credit to someone else. Tony is not the original. That would be James Vick. I think 9 fights in mma, karate, and boxing with a string of being on the wrong side of knockouts.

If by secret health condition you mean he's getting old, then yeah.
