Volka is good but I cannot see him likely beating Topuria in a rematch.
Lopes is also a super dangerous fight for him.
If I were him 'd say to UFC "It's Topuria II or I ain't signing anything".

To beat lopes and then Topuria would be a very big ask.
For him I'd say title shot or nothing. Topuria seems ok with it.

If he can beat Lopes, which he has a good chance at, it may give him the confidence to do what he needs to get done against Topuria.
