Is ur phone screen cracked?

Indeed, that would've been funny. Alas, that's not what happened

I had a bad stomach bug/ food poisoning/ whatever the fuck it was, and I couldn't eat for two days. Once it passed, I walked about a mile and an half through two feet of snow to get to the grocery store to buy some food. The combination of not eating plus the effort of my trek to the store, plus the 50+ degree differential between the outside and the store made me a bit woosey.

That's my theory anyways. I might have a brain tumor or some such nonsense. In any case, I passed out right in the middle of the store (right after buying a massively overpriced cup of coffee). Shit was fucking embarrassing.

seems to be the former and not the latter. That must have been an ordeal start to finish. Feel better dude.

I’m actually not sure if it’s my screen or my screen protector that’s cracked. Could be either or could be both. I should peel it off and see.

I mostly feel better now. I've been eating like a savage for the last 12ish hours. Unfortunately, now I have a case of the hiccups that won't go away :(

Edit: my hiccups just went away :)

I guess I've been lucky but I've never had any of my smartphones crack their screens after being dropped.

Not cracked but I have a question. I hate phone cases. Is it safe to just rock my iPhone 12 pro max naked? Will it scratch the back and camera surface? Anyone rock their phone naked?
Naked phone user. Cracked about 6 phones the last 3 years. One lasted a week, one a month, the rest multiple months to years. Could care less about rocking a cracked screen, until they get so bad that they slice up my fingers. Then I will replace the phone. Finally used a cheap, super light case that came with my latest phone. Got used to it quick. Then the case chipped on a corner, and dropped my phone right where the chip was and cracked the fucking thing after a week. Just can't win. I will never use one of those big clunky cases though, let alone a screen protector...yuk. Of course I don't spend more than 80 bucks per phone, so fuck it.

Yes, in a few places near the edge of the screen. Don't care and don't use a case. If I could throw the thing in a lake I would.

chick phones are cracked

any man who respects himself never cracks his phone, and if he does its a once in a decade mistake, and the phone is replaced next day
Well some of us work manly jobs so we crack our phones that way only dudes with soft hands working in a office keep their phones pristine.

My screen protector glass is cracked in 3 places. If I didn't have one, my phone would 100% have a cracked screen.

I have had phone now for 23 year. Probably 15 of them in that time. I have not cracked a single screen.

What the fuck do people keep doing with these things that they keep damaging them like that?

I've had this OnePlus 8pro for some time now and had it in a case with screen protector. Cracked the screen protector so took it all off and went naked this Xmas. Man these phones are slippery these days! I've put the case on again because of the stand bit I'm enjoying the clear as fuck and responsive screen. Might stick like this till I need a new one.

Nah but I have a bad habit of holding on to phones without upgrading them for years. The screen starts to phantom touch then I will switch.

I had Motorola smartphone for two years, I think 2011 to 2013. I started cell phone service with Alltel and a Motorola flip phone in 2006. Verizon bought Alltel in 2006. About a year later I started having problems with my phone battery going dead in a short time and bought a new battery but it didn't seem to help. Verizon told me I needed a new phone so I tried a Casio G'zone Rock. That worked good for almost two years then it to started to have short battery life. Verizon again told me I needed a new phone and should try a smartphone so I got the Motorola Droid Razr which had Gorilla glass. I never broke the glass but that too started having battery life problems as it neared 2 years, which, coincidentally, was the length of a Verizon contract. I switched to Consumer Cellular in 2013. My first phone from them was a flip phone that cost $25 and lasted until 2019 when the speaker started losing volume. There are no contracts and you can buy a phone anywhere so there is no incentive for them to screw with the service.

They probably intentionally make them slick so we keep dropping them. Lol

My phone has many cracks but it's mostly unnoticeable, or at least I've grown to ignore them. Plus it's a pretty old phone by today's standards and not worth the cost of fixing.
