I would say UFC 200 was setup to be huge but unfortunately it fall apart due to drug testing and cancellations

Depends what you mean by biggest. It lacks the star power of 100 and other big cards mentioned in the thread, so won’t be breaking any records. But if you mean in terms of great fights important for their divisions, this one is up there.
