It's hard to make a guess in that pic with him wearing a hat.
The eyes look almost level but by looking at the ear heights it looks to me that Browne is roughly 2" taller( if they are wearing similar footwear )
I'd say he's around 6'5.5 6'6 max

dana is 5'10, he even said so on some episode. He looks taller bc of the boots at weigh ins and the fighters are barefoot
