Tate got retired by Nunes as did Rousey. Cat was getting annihilated by Nunes until her gas tank ran out. Nunes beat Nunes. Cat hasn't fought in over 2 years and is essentially retired. Her retirement is official after her next match with either Cyborg or Nunes 2.0.

All the cans Rousey beat are now obsolete retired cans as is Rousey.
 
She's not bad, but she's never beaten anyone at the top level. Now that Bantamweight has thinned a little, and Aldana has debuted in the top 15, she now has a claim of a win over someone in the top 15, which she never had before.

Men's LHW and HW divisions have in fact deteriorated, specially with the GOAT Jon Jones being on an undefined hiatus. Big A-level athletes are flocking to actual legitimate sports
 
She was Invictas bantamweight champ with 2 defences for whatever that's worth.
 
Tonya Evinger is still probably a fringe top 10 BW. She is fairly well-rounded and tough as hell (she can take a lot of damage). She is a veteran with a lot of wins in a lot of orgs. Tonya is probably in the twilight of career, so I'm not sure how many more fight/wins she will have, but just dismissing her is a bit ignorant.

She is. But that doesn't say much, it doesn't exactly take a long time to reach a title shot.
 
She's probably top 10 in her division, but I think that says more about the state of WBW in 2018 than her.

Gritty, veteran fighter otherwise.
