Is Tony Ferguson really that much bigger than Max Holloway? Both are 5'11 and look skinny. Maybe Ferguson has some extra lbs of muscle on him and they are separated by a 10 lbs weight difference in divisions so that would make sense. But the size difference doesn't look that drastic to me. Perhaps I have an atypical opinion however. I feel like people are going to be surprised by how big Holloway looks on fight night.

we haven't seen max at 55 with his shirt off in a while..... he will look thicker than what we are used to

Well he’s cutting 10 lbs less. But nowhere near the amount of weight Khabib cuts.

They will look like fighters from two different divisions.

El Cucuy is an entirely different fighter, beyond any size differences.

Max ONLY has a snowballs chance in hell by keeping this fight standing.

Not much more to add to this...<mma4>

Um...Ferguson Looks like a fighter with muscle, Max looks like a fighter made of only bones. Huge difference

I don't think it's as much the size as the style. Tony is a threat off his back but Max isn't

Ferguson has broader shoulders and is for sure more physically strong. But yeah, they have the same height. Max gets way out of shape out of camp too, so he'll be heavy in the cage on saturday. He isn't capablr of making 145 on short notice. I wouldn't even be shocked if he missed 155...

This. Tony vs Khabib is interesting because of Tony’s scrambles. That’s what he’s best at. He’s not afraid to let loose in the stand up because he doesn’t worry about ending up on bottom.

Max is more methodical and may not have an answer when the fight gets on the ground. If he can keep it standing though, he’ll work Khabib worse than Tony could.

Tony is not only wider but has more mass. I doubt Max gets over 170 while Tony gets up to 200.

Their height is the same, therefore their size MUST be the same.
