He is underrated on here for sure. But DC is the 2nd greatest LHW of all time in my opinion.

People get blinded by the latter part of his UFC tenure. Prime Tito was a hell of a grappler and durable as heck.

F. Shamrock is the greatest LHW champion, having retired (originally) without losing the title, and defeating the guy who would succeed him on his way out, but if we're taking an honest look and excluding fighters who've been on PEDs, then that leaves very few on the list.
